Magothy Estates was established in 1976 and is located in Arnold, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Our community consists of 162 Homes, 9 Acres of Common Area that include open and wooded areas with walking paths and Beach property at the corner of River Rd & Mill Creek Rd.

AA COUNTY DUMPSTERS WILL BE IN MAGOTHY ESTATES ON JULY 8th & 9th!
DUMPSTERS WILL BE PICKED UP BY NOON ON JULY 10TH!
SIGNS WILL BE POSTED ON DUMPSTERS FOR ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE, SUCH AS:
Fire Hazards: Rechargeable batteries, gasoline or other fuels, coals & ashes, oil based paints.
Hazardous Materials: Chemicals, poisons, asbestos shingles
Metal Items: Oil Drums, pressurized tanks, lawn mowers, lawn furniture, washing machines & dryers
Recyclables: Tires, Yard Waste, logs, stumps, cardboard, paper or bottles
Freon items: Refrigerators, Air Conditioners, & Dehumidifiers & Liquids of Any Kind
